"Taking Our Youth Seriously" is a non-profit organization designed to promote the youth and the youth programs of West Virginia through various fund raising efforts to establish a solid foundation for the future of West Virginia. "T.O.Y.S." also provides fine art and craft education and understanding to the youth through individual and group training in various fine art and craft related subjects.
